Day 5...

... Of vacation.

The Titanic museum in Pigeon Forge. Two words: Awe. Some. I highly recommend a tour of this museum if you are ever in the area. Of course, taking three kids, two of which were beyond bored, along with about three tour groups--- it was quite a challenge to get through it and fully enjoy and appreciate it. If the crowds were not as big and you could take your time without having to threaten your kids every ten seconds, then it really is a great experience. Brennan, being eight years old, really enjoyed it. He listened to his audio "tour guide"--- they have audio guides specifically for young ones. And he was able to answer questions correctly when one of the staff asked him. They even have a replica of the grand staircase. Interesting fact: most people think that the staircase flooring and steps were made of marble. But that's a misconception. They were actually made of LINOLEUM. It was brand new in 1912 and only the very wealthy could afford it. Boy have times changed!!!!!
