Insomnia and nightmares......

So, my husband went to Wal-Mart to buy me a nightlight. Yes, ME. Not my boys. I've been having a serious issue with insomnia and really horrific dreams lately. I had to get up with Ethan at 3 this morning (not that I was asleep anyway) and I had to turn on every light in the house to get to his room on the other side of the house without having a panic attack. I think it's becoming a big problem for me. ALL of it. Between not sleeping EVER and being afraid of the dark lately, I'm going to pull my hair out.....
