Okay, so as a quick fix for dinner, I picked up one of these out of the freezer section at Wal-Mart yesterday. I give it two thumbs up. If I had 3 thumbs, I'd add that one in, too. So much better than any local Mexican restaurant and I mean that with all sincerity and being a fan of a few of these Mexican joints around town. It was really good. None of that frozen food mediocrity. The whole family really enjoyed it. Including Brennan AND Ethan who is the pickiest dang eater I have ever met! Yummy!
